Knowles Mechanical, Inc. provides professional HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and solar services including but not limited to furnace installation and repair, air conditioning service, heat pump installation, ductless mini-splits, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and solar contracting throughout Central and Southern Maine.

Service Appointments

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and are subject to change due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes as soon as possible.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
• A service call fee may apply for appointments where work cannot be performed due to customer-related issues.

Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency services for HVAC and plumbing emergencies. Emergency service rates may differ from standard service rates. Please call our emergency line at (207) 445-4092 ext 2 for immediate assistance.

Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment.
• Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or requested during service.
• We will communicate any changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.

Warranty

Knowles Mechanical stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate from our labor warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knowles Mechanical, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant our technicians access to the areas necessary to perform the requested work. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area and informing us of any hazards or restrictions.

Licensing and Insurance

Knowles Mechanical, Inc. is a licensed contractor and maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and solar operations in the State of Maine.
